About Valerie W. Gibson, PT, DPT
Dr. Gibson is a physical therapist, national speaker, and patient advocate. As owner and director of Advanced Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, a private practice specializing in neurological rehabilitation, in Vienna, VA, Valerie personifies clinical excellence in neurology. Her goal is to maximize potential recovery in all aspects of neurological injury, including the general well-being of her patients. After 27 years of practice, she attained the highest level of clinical achievement, her Doctor of Physical Therapy, in 2009.

Valerie Gibson, PT, DPT, has the necessary skills to practice as an entry point into the health care system. You can make an appointment to be evaluated for your condition without a doctor referral. However, a referral may be recommended if deemed necessary by the therapist. Medicare requires a physician referral.
