Our Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing us as your physical therapy provider. Our goal is to provide high quality, thorough, effective treatment and care to each and every patient. We participate with most of the major insurance plans including Medicare. If we do not have an arrangement with your particular insurance carrier, there is usually a small additional expense to you. At the time you receive treatment please pay the portion of our fees which is not covered by insurance. Our staff will help you complete the necessary forms to send to your insurance company.
If you will be unable to pay for your treatment at the time it is provided, we may be able to work out an extended payment plan with you.
